Thanks @nikhilwoodruff, good to see this summary. Could it be merged with the other simulations in #3?

If so, it might be easier to start with a Google Doc so you and @bkh248 can collaborate on the content, then focus on getting it into Markdown. Or you could try https://stackedit.io for collaborative Markdown (I haven't used this).
